NaPoWriMo Day 21

Have a couple appointments today so getting this done early!

Today’s prompt is to choose an abstract noun from the list below, and then use that as the title for a poem that contains very short lines, and at least one invented word.

Glory, Courage, Anxiety, Failure, Defeat, Delight, Confusion, Calm, Belief, Cleverness, Despair, Honesty, Deceit, Strength

Courage

It isn’t
always
bold and bright
sometimes it’s

silence;
found in
what we don’t
say

staying;
when we
really
want to run

loving ourselves;
when we
feel sad,
unlovable.

Sometimes
it means
letting ourselves
have fun
anyway
when the world
feels
ferflunky
and
out of
ryhme.
