Whispered Wanderings

Thank you to anyone who read/commented/liked! I have very much enjoyed participating in this year’s NaPoWriMo and while I’ve done it before, this was the first year I honestly completed the challenge. I’ve enjoyed sharing my work and reading others so much that I’m going to continue this blog beyond the month, probably not every day anymore, but…. I will continue.

NaPoWriMo 2022

Thirty poems in thirty days
the challenge I accepted
And with this little verse right here
It’s time that I reflected

upon the poems I wrote and shared
since April did commence
(Please note: I didn’t share with you
the ones that were nonsense!)

I’m counting five that may have been
too biographical
Perhaps – yet that’s what makes it work;
what makes it magical.

Magical and mystical
two words that I adore
So thank you for allowing me
To seek and to explore.

I’m looking forward to next year
when we shall join again
this Springtime journey into words,
in which we find our zen.
