To My Dear Friends

I didn’t know when I woke up
today I could be glad
For oh so many little things,
when I’d been feeling sad.

It only took one little post
on Facebook to my friends
who sent me sparkles through the day!
Their precious love defends

me even to myself, at times;
it’s quite a miracle.
I hope they feel within their hearts
my love reciprocal.
